Doctors' Day on 1st July 2017

Bengal Chamber of Commerce and Industry observed Doctors' Day on 1st July 2017, the day when the great doctor Bidhan Chandra was born. The initiative was keenly taken by Dr. Amit Ghose, emeritus member of the chamber dealing with the healthcare in the state on behalf of the chamber. Eminent medical practitioners, industrialists and common people attended various panel discussion on awareness of the diseases, healthcare services by the medical practitioners and awareness by the mass. Key features for debating discussions were " Trust the Currency of Healthcare" and "Decoding the Modern Doctor" It was almost day long program when panel discussions were conducted phase by phase and eminent personalities addressed the audience.
